Look first of all i am upset and next thing is I HAVE FLOWER IN MY HEART AND IM A BOY!!!

I AM STILL UPSET ABOUT THE PASSING OF FLOWER. SHE WAS A GREAT LEADER. SHE KNEW WHAT THE GROUP NEEDED AND I THINK SHE DONE HER BEST. I WAS UPSET WHEN SHE EVICTED MOZART AND TOSCA IN THE EARLIER EPOSIDES. BUT LAST FRIDAY NITE THE WAY SHE TOOK IN ANOTHER PUP FROM A ANOTHER GROUP THAT MADE ME LOVE HER EVEN MORE. SHE GAVE HER LIFE DEFENDING HER PUPS. REST IN PEACE "QUEEN FLOWER" THE KALAHARI DESERT. I COULD NOT HARDLY TYPE THIS FOR CRYING.

I think we are all a little off kilter right now. I thank you for your sentiment, and yes, absolutely I will proudly post here.

It appears the Kalahari will never be the same, but just find comfort in knowing it is forever more beautiful because of meerkats...and Flower was their Queen.

I really do not think it matters how we say it. It just matters that we do say it. The grieving process is a complex process. Many stages. I am now at the "I want to do something to make a difference stage". This little animal is even more powerful now than I ever thought she could be. Thank you Flower for allowing me to take a look into your life. You have lead me into taking a different look at my life.

WE need to see 2 things with the new episode
1.If The Whiskers will survive

2.If Rocket Dog can be the new leader of the group

I think the heartbreaking part is when they say "Meet The Whiskers. Rocket Dog leader of the group etc." Does anyone else posting here agree with me?

EPISODE THREE COMMERCIAL IS BEING DUMB!THEY THINK THEY CAN BE FUNNY EH WELL HOW WOULD THEY FEEL IF WE SAID SOMETHING LIKE THAT ABOUT THEM!!!

I am really going to cry when it come on tonight. Always a reminder.... Poor RD...she has heavy paws to fill!

Once I entered and saw what you meant, I wanted to let you know you don't seem to be alone.

I am amazed at the response. I only wish I had the time to read it all. I had just got my own computer the night before 'Journey's End', (I feel so lucky to have it, especially now - I don't usually name inanimate objects, but I'm thinking of calling it Flower) and it took a couple of days to get here, but it was well worth the journey.

Hi Queen_Kinks...I feel I need to clarify my statement that things will be the same...I understand we will not physically see flower...she is gone...and not all will agree, but I feel her essence will remain within the very breezes, sands and sunsets that she spent her life in. Her family is there and I guess I mean that I will always see her in them, also.

I know you have a different thread to post in but I'm posting here to say thank you for the link to Your picture of Flower and also to nightweaver, I have them both. I watched Flower's last show tonight and I cried just as much as if I had seen it the for the first time. It might sound silly but I made a candle that says In Memory of Beloved Flower and burned it while I watched the show.

When filming began for MM, the researchers were asked which group of meerkats they should follow. They said the "Whiskers" based on Flower's successful leadership.
I think this is a strong indication that FLOWER really was the "BEST".
Flower proved herself to be an exceptional leader and an exceptional little meerkat. She seemed to be a step above the rest. For this I think she definetly deserved to be called the "QUEEN of the Kalahari".
