I'm don't want to be like Steve...but I do love animals. I don't think there will ever be another Steve...he's one in a million. But I love seeing all the young kids who look up to him...it's important to learn respect for animals early...that way we may just be able to save our endangered species!!

Not to be rude but steve is afraid of a animal. Larrge birds related to parrots. He is scared to death of them. Steve is my role model and I would take ANY hit for him. Smile

Yes dudes, making goals early in life is important. When I read about the kids who aspire to be like Steve and Terri it just warms my heart. I`ve got a little 3yr. old bloke and he also wants to be like Steve and my wife and I have been teaching him now and always to respect animals of all types. Steve and Terri are two of the best role models for people of all ages, and to find that in todays media is rare. Anyway I wanted to say that it is a good idea to start early by loking into what you want to do in the animal field. Volenteer, get involved, research and learn, and a foot in the door to Australia Zoo could be possible dudes.

My seven year old son thinks he is the next croc hunter! poor guy is so into it that he recently stated to me that he liked crocodiles and not alligators. Being a South Carolinian nature lover, we discussed this at length. He is still learning, what can I say! Wink

I'm not a teenager, but I love animals. I would love to be like Steve & Teri even if I never get a chance to work with animals the way they do. I would love to be able to share a relationship like theirs. They both love animals and obviously love and respect each other. What great role models they are.

I don't wanna be like steve, I wanna be like a Terri. The woman Beside the man. She is really one of the most beautifull women inside and out and not only wife but mother too. I would like to think that if we were to meet in person we would be friends. it seems we have simular beliefs and princaples. Cool

my three year old was watching him and then got my leather belt and threw it on the floor and acted like it was a snake, he got on the floor just like steve and " captured " it. then he went outside with my daughter and moved a rock and found a garter snake and caught it, he also has a toy croc. that he jumps on and holds down just like steve does.
