Hi, I'm trying to track down an episode of Mystery Diagnosis, but I can't remember the name of the episode, or the name of the disease involved. I need to find it though because i think a friend of mine has what's described in the episode.

The episode was about a woman who was having really bad stomach problems that nobody could figure out, until they realized that the stomach problems were actually happening as a result of something going wrong with her nervous system. Does anybody remember this episode? Or what the diagnosis ultimately was?
