Well when I show jumpers it's pretty much an 8-jump course, all the same height, which have a certain order you need to memorize them in. I wear tan ish/green ish riding breeches, tall black boots, a white blouse and blue blazer, black gloves, black helmet, and hair back under the helmet with a hairnet. I only show local so the attire is never too strict for me, but depending, it could be different. Hope I helped a little. Good luck! =]
Jumpers courses tend to be harder, like equitation courses. The fences might be decorated differently (striped poles, bright flowers, etc) and since it is judged on your time and number of faults, you want to go for more impulion or pace (NOT flat our speed!) than hunters and pretty much just make sure your horse jas a clear round (no refusals, poles knocked down, too much time).
You can show in regular show clothes if you like, lots of people do it. And other people dress casually, with breeches/boots, gloves and a nice polo shirt or something.
just wear the same stuff u ride in the hunters...the courses are like eq courses, if u havent showed eq, i would so u cn prepare, or just school one. eq is good for schooling jumpers first because its like the same course only slowed down....alot! lol
