I'm finally going to get my own horse. I'm sooo excited because the one I'm getting is the horse I ride in lessons. My trainer is selling a couple of her horses because she's getting a new string of show horses. I'm absolutely in love with her. Her registered name is Peppy Dox Peaches(barn name-Peaches) and she's a 15.1hh chestnut Quarter Horse. When I first saw that she was for sale, I was devastated because my mom had said that we didn't have a place to board her. Luckily, my mom's friend has horse property and she told me that if I ever decided to get a horse, I could board her there. I was so afraid that someone else was going to buy her. When my mom and dad saw how much I cared about her, they said I could have her as long as I helped pay with the expenses. I cannot wait until she's officially mine.

I'm glad to hear you are getting your own horse! I remember a long time ago when I used to take lesson a little pony which I loved. I rode her and wanted to buy her after 3 years. I was moving to F.L at the end of that 3rd year and I wanted to buy her. Her name was little Mandy. She was a bit old but she was a good horse. Ends up I couldn't buy her and 2 years later she had gotten a liver disorder and died. Sorry, I didn't mean to carry on but I started reading your story and it reminded me of Mandy. I like to share my stories with other horse people. Theres not many where I live. F.L theres not many horse places around unless you drive 30min to 1h out. I eventually however have my own horse now. Mr. Lucky Sun. his barn name"cowboy". He's a 21 yo. But very spirited. He's young at heart. He does western and english.I love his western better. He neck reigns and has a great lope. she is so cute i remember wat it was like my parents wanted 2 c if i was really in luv so i had 2 lease him 4 three mounths first but that turned out 2 b more exspencive and i relly luv him so and my mom grew attached as well and so when she heard someone was comming out to look at him she just wrote the check
