Check out this guy "shark surfing" personally I think it's fake, you can see the boat wake in front of the fin, but it does raise the question, can one surf behind a hooked shark???

Well, aside from the obvious stuff, you could argue that a shark would go for the raw exposed meat over an unbroken skin bag, the meat would have a more distinctive and overwhelming smell for an animal as sensitive as a shark. I'm just waiting for the news report that some idiot got bit actually trying this.

well that isnt a shark obviously. its dosnt have the shark behavoir(thrashing around extra) and it would of broken the line(i think) and you never see any other part of its body other then its fins.

well again, the question isn't whether this is a true vid or stunt done w/ a real shark. The real question is "Can a surfer really surf surf a hooked shark?" I'll admit(and did) that this is a fake or set video, but I'd like to know (a)will a shark pass up a beachful of surfers for a ribeye? and (b) if so, can you surf said hooked shark??fake is easy to spot here, but truth may be somewhat elusive.....

Oh, shoot, I forgot to search before posting, I submitted this also.

I think the shark would just bite off the line but who knows it might be an interesting episode i think the mythbusters should try it.

ok ya look at the wake that the shark makes its way to big to be a shark. And fluffpuff that may be true but how exactly would a shark determine it doesnt like the taste of humans if it has never tried eating one. I know back when i lived in california my parents told me that when i was like 6 so i wouldnt be afraid of sharks attacking me in the ocean but theres no real way of saying sharks dont like the taste of humans.

Im glad there arer other people out there that think this is fake. I tryed telling the people i work with and they called me crazy.
