I'm a commercial swordfisherman on the east coast of canada,if they made a show about us they wouldn't believe what we go through,fishing in 45 foot longliners in the gulf stream during the hurricane season 500 miles away from home,it's one of the fastest fisherey's there is.you have to have your wit's about you,and a good constitution too live with five other Lad's for 21 or more day's,with swords slasing and sharks thrashing it's no picknick.I also spent a year and eight months in the pacific ocean halibut fishing and salmon trouling,i've done just about every type of fishing there is too do,they call me a crackerjack at everything,I grew up on a sword boat,started fishing at 11,now i can hardly move out of my own way,I'm 37 years old,and all broken too piece's,but i still love the thrill of the hunt,and will never quit.by the way ,Captain Sig is my heroe.I also have my class three fishing masters,and working on my watchkeep and mate.I've been skipper now for ten years.
