Hey mike I figured this might be right up your alley.

A friend and I used to work at this factory called resinoid. They make commutators for many applications. This had to be the worst job we have ever had. For many reasons which I will now go into now.

1. It got crazy hot in there

2. The molding machines and molds were supper
hot (I am guessing around 400)

3. The plastic used to make the parts contained fiberglass

4. blue snot (I will explain about this in a second)

5. You move non-stop for 8 hours aside from a half hour lunch and two 15 minute breaks

6. The molds weigh a lot (cant remember how much)

Now more about the blue snot. Well working these very hot machines you would scoop pellets of plastic and fiberglass. Then you place them in the mold.

Now these pellets are all frayed and powdery. So when you scoop or dump them the dust and fiber glass would go air born. You threw the day were breathing all of this crap in.

By the end of your shift you would end up with a nose full of the stuff. It was the weirdest thing ever. Not to mention the fiber glass gets all in your skin and you cant get it out.

In short it was the type of job thats on your show.
