hello mike, i was wondering if you have been to Tyson Beef Plant? I use to work there and down in rendering is a good job for you to do. It consists of shoveling cow poop with corn, bones gut, blood and there hide. I also worked on the pruction line on the kill floor, taking the hide off the cow and then taking meat from the back of the head. It is very hot and stinky and hard work to dismember a cow and thought it would be a good job for you to try out and keep the show going. I love the jobs that you have done so far.
