As you know today is halloween. This is not usually a holiday that i enjoy, however this year was very different. I started out just putting on a brave face for my four year old son. We lined up at the local stores and looked through the isles of costumes. Looking for one that would fit, wasnt to scary, he liked, and something that maybe not every other kid his age would have. It was after our third store, and countless hours that my very handsome son looked up at me and smiled. He then told me what he wanted to be for halloween. He said very proudly that we wanted to be Mike Rowe from his favorite show dirty jobs. So we began the search to make my sons halloween dreams come true. After some paint, a sweat shirt, ford hat, fake bugs, spiders, rats,and even an alligator. We had a dirty jobs costume that we were both very proud of. He walked around tonight a very happy boy, collecting candy and pleased to tell anyone who asked that he was mike from dirty jobs. thanks mike for making this halloween great.
