The worst job I ever had, and I have no idea where to find one, was pit man on a pit saw. I was standing in a foot of mud with sawdust falling on me at each stroke of the saw. The man on top didn't have it much better with rain falling on him and gravity working against him when raising the saw. Good luck finding one still in operation.
