Certainly one of the worst experiences I've ever had was doing a decontamination of the deep end of a nuclear plant fuel transfer canal. Took hours in an air supplied bubble hood, double protective clothing, and plastics! Thought I'd never get up and out of there. Might be a neat subject for Mike to take on. There are companies/contractors who supply people for radioactive decon at facilities such as nuclear power plants, fuel assembly plants, etc.
