I'm an intern at a company that produces ethanol. Yesterday, we shut down the plant for cleaning. This being my first time seeing all this, it was crazy to see how dirty these guys were that were cleaning the different machines. One guy had to change his clothes during the morning even though he was wearing a suit over his clothes to protect them. Most guys were walking around with black gunk on their faces and bodies. I was told it was from power washing inside some of the machines. The bottom line is that these guys were very dirty and sweaty. Thought you might like to know. Thanks for reading.
