It's time for ol' Mike to visit Delaware, the broiler chicken capital of the US, and work as a scraper. This entails scooping up thousands of entrails from the freshly gutted chickens, in a refrigerated compartment, and pushing them into a drain for further processing. Or of course there are the ringers, who's job it is to finish the job that the automatic neck ringer machines failed to do.
