My husband is a pressman for Newsday; Long Island's biggest newspaper. Just printing the paper is a dirty enough job, but these days much of their time is spent on cleaning the presses. These men and women have to literally crawl inside of the printing presses (a pretty small space without much room to maneuver)and scrape buckets of used ink. Althought they wear full body cover and layers of gloves, the ink still gets in. My husband has come home with ink not only on his skin but in his hair and ears, etc.
