I find the show fun to watch, although I agree with others that some of the show participants are tactless, and the show could be "greener." Today I noticed that Doug speaks very loudly--yelling. almost. He DOES have a mike...
Also, isn't his make-up a bit heavy??

I never noticed the yelling. I think Doug looks and acts great on this show. I absolutely love him. I hope this show continues to run with Dough as the host--he makes it what it is!

I really like Doug on this show.

I also get that 'louder Doug voice' when I am watching.I think it is called 'voice over'?
It doesn't really bother me.
I also like Doug, and have enjoyed all of this season's episodes.This season is almost over though, and I am not happy about that.
I hope there is a new season planned for next year ,but Doug has a lot of new things he is doing.
I can't,or won't post 'links'to 'New Doug News'.
Look up "Sullivan IL,'Guys and Dolls' Doug Wilson", if you are a Doug fan,... or just bored.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one who noticed that, I was going to post about it myself until I saw your posting. His makeup artist needs to be reminded that Doug is, in fact, a man, and needs to be told to lay off the blush and eyeshadow, it's WAY too heavy and overpowering and makes him look feminine.
