Just saw the show again. It's over 4 years later and I'm curious if Rebekka ever successfully sued Tomi and Ben or the Realtors? Also curious what, if anything, the show did to help her in her pursuit.

I just completed my bar exam and hope to someday get into that area of law. I'm not familiar with Maryland law but most states make it clear that homeowners and realtors must disclose any potential problems which both the prior home owners and the realtor failed to do.
