Is it just me or were the formal owners of their house bitter and rude? Country is out! That house looked SO much better! And I'm pretty sure they knew about the fireplace. However, between this house and the one in the episode with the sloped floor (which I'm sure the previous owners knew about that too) I am definetly going to have a thorough inspection done the next time I buy a house. You would hope people would be honest, but some are not.

Why do those two people need such a large house?

Everything about them bothered me . The spirit of the new owners could have been reflected in their taste which may have given the old owners a bad vibe.

Also, you notice that the chimney man detected the buildup when he climbed on the roof and inspected the chimney. That's definitely something that the inspector should have caught and was just lazy about.
