The couple Nick & Julie I believe that had to have the bridge on their mortage due to Miele's mortgage not working out are just plain mean. I love watching the show, but this is by far the worst one I've ever seen, Julie's style is a tragedy and she is lucky anyone even wanted to purchase a house with a pink striped dining room. The kitchen in Julies new house screams cheap due to her applicances not even matching and the green den really tops the trailer park motiff.
Miele's new kitchen is beautiful and the chandlier looks wonderful in her kitchen. The extra windows in the dining room really make it shine. I love the new fireplace, brick is so 70's disaster and lace on the mantel is never a good idea unless one voted FDR in.

P.S. Julie really sounded desperate with all her passes to the host.
