What can I say but with all the mess you had you took it unbelieveably well, not everybody would have been so graceful about your situation.
Allow me to say what you already know, that you have a wonderful Grandmother, you are so lucky.
Your house came out wonderful, you should be very proud. Goodluck in the future, you will find the right man and you will be glad things went the way they did.
Rebekka, your house is beautiful. Considering the mess you were left with, you did a great job. I only hope you sue Tomi and Ben for not disclosing the problems. I love your Grandma. She's so cute.
Thank you for the recognition. It was a very painful process and it consoles me that people are cognizant of all the hard work that was involved. Reading your posts makes it that much more worthwhile because I feel like people connected with my plight. Please let your loved ones know about the dangers inherent in jumping into the real estate market. It definitely doesn't always add up to instant equity, and can be downright financially debilitating as we've all learned!
Rebekka, you were a champ for sticking it out through the hard times. Your grandmother was such a sweetie for giving you the money to finish the house. I just have one question about your kitchen. In the doorway of your kitchen when you walk in from outside to your immdediate left there was a decorative room divider of sorts which appeared to be made out of copper or another metal. Who was this made by and where can I get it. It added such a nice touch to an already stunning kitchen. Please let me know, thanks!!!!
I agree you did a wonderful job with the mess and I loved Grandma's room. It was so her. I hope people realize after watching your troubles to get an inspection before buying no matter if you may loose the house. It would be worth it.
