I was literally shocked this morning while watching TLC’s “Moving Up” that instead of rechanneling good, usable building materials, the participants in the show appeared delighted and elated to destroy perfectly usable surplus building materials. It is appalling that this show doesn’t donate building materials to an organization such as Habitat for Humanity’s Restores, which are located in almost 50 states.
