Hey! Anyone else here have an appaloosa that they do jumping/shows with? On this site I read the appy profile and it said appaloosa's were mainly just used for western and ...well trails. But I know there are many who enter competitions and do jumping, like my leopard appaloosa! So just reply if you do...!

tottaly right now (well not this second) i ride a appaloosa named Dixie she is so sweet and kind i luv her!!! anyway i jump her every lesson i have a shes wonderful at it! just goes to show some horses can do things other then wat books or web pages say!

Oh yeah Appy's are one of the best show horses out there and especailly in hunter/jumper or showjumping i think there good at Dressage too. It's funny because my friend just bought a Appy and it has just one tiny white dot on it's hindquaters now they have classified it as a appy, good luck

YEA!!!! I have an Appy I dont show thoght for 2 reasons one cause I dont have a trailer and 2 I dont know how to find shows to go to. and also I dont have any freinds that like horse witch stinks so I't makes it not fun when you don't have someone there who likes the same things as you and is your best bud, someone you can talk to and they know what your saying about horseslol anyway ya I love appys there my favorite type of horse by far
