The Last of the Spanish Mustangs

Armed with both passion and humor, filmmaker Len Johnson ventures into mountains and slaughterhouses to expose the connections between the hunting of wild horses, political corruption and the European market for horse meat. Considered a threat by local ranchers and preyed on by mountain lions, one of the endangered herds, Arizona's Cerbat mustangs, are descendants of the hardy steeds brought to the New World by Spanish conquistadors.

Warning:This movie is rather graphic, and very sad. I consider myself a pretty tough movie watcher, and this moved me to tears.

this has nothing to do with the movie. Actually, I was wondering if you were still going to Meadowcrest Farms? I purchased a horse from Sharon 4 years ago. The horse had had a rough life and was only 10. He was blind in one eye but a wonderful boy. He was my daughters. After we moved him from her place he was a complete sweetheart. Unfortunately, he died 2 years ago from being kicked on his blind side. I hope that you still aren't at her barn and you should spread the word to stay away from there. They worked my daughter to the bone even though she paid full board. At one point her horse was stolen because Sharon hadn't paid the guy for him but we had paid her in full. We couldn't even get a vet to go onto her property we had to pull Luke from the property to have him checked out.

I think you have me mistaken for someone else. I have no idea what you are talking about.

I'll have to check it out. I've seen videos from slaughter houses where they use the "bolt" to the head and it's just aweful. Where can you find it at?
