I can't ride for 6 monthes it's a long story) but i have this huge show a few days after i can start riding again i don't have a injury or anything but is there any exercises that i can do to keep my riding muslces in tone or else i cant go to the show because i will have no thigh or other riding muscles and you lose any muscles you dont use in 2 weeks so im going to be really sore once i get on a horse again, any suggestions? And how am i going to tell my trainer shes so cot up with my jumping right now that when i stop i stop riding for 6 monthes i will have to start riding all over again because of my muscles and im already higher level jumping! Sometimes its better to take a break bc u look forward to get to ride again that when u finally get to ride again u have alot more determination i no it sux but hey theres not much u can do. But just remain to do leg and arm excersizes so u dont get out of shape and as for the parent thing ya gotta love em! Y did they ground u anyway?
