Hi all! I was just wondering if anyone here knows of any rescues in AZ? There are a few, but they are all too far west. I live in the El Mirage/Surprise/Sun City area, and all the rescues I've been able to find are in Snobs- er- Scottsdale, New River and then up north. Anyone have any ideas?
Yeah, Scottsdale is a nice place. I used to work out there. Most of the people I worked with and are friends with made a joke about Scottsdale being the Snob City of the West, b/c that seems to be where the millionairs all live (please forgive the horrible spelling), lol.
I've heard of and looked into most of those rescues, there's a couple I hadn't heard of. I'm really hoping to volunteer somewhere. Thanks soo much for the help!!
It is quite the rich place. I get a complex after I'm there for a few days because it's filled with eons of perfect people, that make me feel less then adequate.
It's a beautiful city though, with lots to offer, especially if you like Arabians.
