On average, how much does a company lose, in product or labor, when Mike Rowe works with them?

That's a good question. I was wondering that too,and if Discovery or Pilgrim compensate the companies...then again, DJ is advertising these companies for free, so maybe it's a good investment for them to have Mike come in, destroy a few things and then mention the name at the end again

It varies from company to company. Generally I warn them how bad it could be for them, but they understand it could be a great commercial for them, or just good for employee morale.
