Did anyone from the staff question this job?? I'm sorry but that was the most disturbing episode. I had to change the channel.

I am truly sorry you changed the channel. Much has been said in these forums in regard to that episode.
But yes, I myself did indeed question this job. My question was simple: Beer battered or sauteed with mushrooms?
Thanks for (partially) watching. Barsky

Classic! Beer battered of course. Just like RMO's!

Hi Dave,
I just have to say that I’m so happy you guys used the method of choice. It was definitely gross to watch (sorry Mike) but I’ve seen it done the ‘other’ way and it was downright brutal.
Keep up the dirty work,
Sandi
PS: Beer battered for sure =)

Hi, This was truely the most disgusting episode I have ever seen. So my question is, is there anything Mike wouldn't do? Do you guys really answer these questions?? I hope to hear back!! Liz

I have to agree with the culinary aspect of this episode. The show did show that nothing is left to waste when it comes to sheep farming and the shepherds get first dibs on the "choice" prairie oysters. I'm rather finicky with food and thought the prairie oysters should have been lightly fried with a simple batter and served up with a chipotle dipping sauce (anything with zip and heat) and a side of fries. Plus a beer to top it off. But I guess I should not expect much out on the range unless that is their idea of "Gourmet Night." PS...It still was a great episode and just as fascinating to watch as a rerun.
