Hey Dave,

Sorry to post this here but I can't get a straight answer from Discovery and maybe you know. Why have they stopped putting DJ on the video player? I asked and the answer I got related to Discovery only having the rights for a short time and then they said since the season was over it had been taken off. This was 3 weeks ago and multiple new episodes have aired since then.

I am very grateful Discovery started the player. I got into DJ at my Dad's. We haven't been able to talk much since he is pretty distant. He likes DJ so we ended up watching an 8 hour marathon. We even talked a bit during commercials. It was nice. I watched so I could spend time with him, but then I fell in love with the show. I don't even have a TV (by choice) so I couldn't watch. Having the show on the player was perfect for me. Now I am going through a bit off withdrawal. I have a friend who sends me the show, but although I am grateful, it's not the same. Everyone else sees it sooner and I can't join in the discussions as much.

Anyway, not trying to complain. The answer I got just didn't make sense. Do you know why it is off?

Thank you for all your hard work on the show. It is great to see the people who make our society work and I appreciate it. You guys are great!

P.S. If it was on Amazon Unbox or Itunes or something like that I would pay for the episodes

I do not know the answer to this- but I will find out. Monday or Tuesday before Turkey Day.

I do appreciate it. It is great for you to take time to find out for those of us who can't watch the show. You guys always go above and beyond, most people wouldn't take the time out for the fans that you do. It is noticed and appreciated.

Sheri, I was wondering the same thing myself. As an avid fan of the show, but also a Canadian viewer, I am subject to watching "Discovery Canada" in order to get my DJ fix. However, Discovery Canada doesn't play the same content as Discovery in the states...most unfortunately. As such, we don't get the new Dirty Jobs up here on Tuesday nights, (actually they don't even show DJ on tuesdays) and the "newest" episodes on tv are ones originally aired in the spring. I love the MB, but being on here and hearing all the chatter about new episodes I have not yet seen is a little frustrating. When I found out that the new episodes were online, i was ecstatic! It meant I too, little Canadian girl, could keep up to date with this amazing show. Then they stopped posting them, and I was so disappointed!

If you can find out to the answer to this dave, I too would be most appreciative. Thanks,

Hey Dave!

I am going to the Caymans on Thursday to visit family/friends. Do you want anything? They sell rum fudge in various flavors, rum cakes, rum, beach stuff. I was going to just get you some fudge for a present but I thought I would ask first what you liked. With my luck you'd hate fudge!

Happy Thanksgiving! I am off to the islands. I will check my email down there but if you don't check in I will just buy some rum fudge in one or 2 flavors. If you don't like it you can always give it to someone around there. It's easier to get food through customs than liquor.

I have never sent anything like that before, do you send it to the same address as the photo requests? I have something for Mike too.
