Dave, does someone record the audio of everything that is going on during a job? Mike surely can't remember everything that is said to him. Do you get more explanations from the hosts? His commentary adds a lot to what we are seeing and I just wondered how that comes about.

If by "commentary" you mean the voice over video, that is all done in a studio, usually written after or during editing. It done for several reasons, perhaps to condense the segments or help inject more facts. Some of the information on the voice over is recorded on film, with our hosts, and they just write based on that, or we call them during the editing process for any missed facts we wish to add.
