Dave, does the helicopter have a camera mounted on it or do you or Doug take the shots from the open door or window? If the camera is on the copter, do one of you ride along to work the camera? I just saw this on the making of the Meerkat movie and they didn't say how the camera actually worked.

They probably use something called the Tyler mounting systems. They get amazing shots from helicopters: their really steady and easy to focus. On some smaller helicopters though, they probably have somebody lean out with a small handheld camera (Like the sony dave uses).
