Hey Dave...glad you are posting again. I have asked this question in the Mud Room, but since I never got a response, I will "go to the source". I saw a picture of you guys writing with laptops in hand...do you and Mike write alot of the dialog for the voice overs?? Do you get most of your information on the job site and try to incorporate that into the show or does someonoe else write it??

Most of the writing of VO is done by the editors since I am hardly in the office and Mike is never.

I will edit it on occasion, and try to inject more of Mike's POV, then Mike of course will polish in the VO session when he can.

Most of the info is culled from conversation that gets edited for time, or if we missed something we somehow found needed in the bay, the editors or researchers will call our hosts to clarify.

Thanks for asking this Shelley and thanks for answering Dave. This question was actually the first question I asked Mike over a year ago when I first became a member. He didn't answer of course. So, thanks again Shelley for asking and Dave for answering. It's good to know the answer.

Thanks for answering Dave...I really appreicate your answers since I have always been facinated by "behind the scenes" stuff. I asked this question on the Mud Room as well Janeece a while back, but I have found if you want answers this forum is more likely to get you the answers.
