I'm always disappointed when I turn on the Discovery channel and Cash Cab is on.

The only people who watch Cash Cab are the people who didn't pay attention in school and think they are learning something by watching a lame trivia game show

I agree with several of the others -- Cash Cab is not as intellectually satisfying as the poo jokes on Dirty Jobs or the constant close-ups of a guy eating bugs on Man vs Wild... and it's certainly not as sophisticated or refined as MythBusters.

I say we let Ben do his job until he either: A) makes more than five poo jokes per episode, B) starts eating bugs off the windshield, or C) tries to prove his questions with irrelevant experiments that don't work, so he has to resort to blowing something up.

I highly disagree, I love cash cab, especially when the clueless people make stupid answers and my mom starts yelling at them.

You know what's really strange are people who hate Cash Cab, yet still take the time to go to the Forum. "Cuckoo, cuckoo". Rock on Cash Cab. You are my warm up before Jeopardy.

For the CC "haters": Cash Cab isn't the best show on TV or the Discovery Channel... it certainly isn't the worst, but most importantly, it isn't the ONLY show. If you DON'T LIKE Ben, or Cash Cab, then -- DO NOT watch it for any length of time or it will irritate you, make you miserable and/or resentful and bitter. You don't want that, do you?

You may as well resign yourself to the fact that, while you may hate Cash Cab, there are enough people that like it to keep it on the air... and that's okay. Just look in the mirror, take a deep breath, and tell yourself, "I'm good enough, I'm smart enough, and gosh-darnit, people like me."

Life is too short to watch TV you don't enjoy. There are other channels and other shows, and there is also technology available that allows you to record and watch specific shows -- even specific episodes -- that you choose at the times most convenient for your personal schedule. Really.

So, watch the shows you enjoy and be happy! In the meantime, I've got to get back to my campaign to get rid of that stupid pinhead, Bill O'Reilly... now there's a show that shouldn't be on.

My hubby works for a satellite installation company and every day just about everyone tells him their favorite shows are Cash Cab and Mythbusters...

I think this show is good but it does belong on another channel. It doesn't flow with the theme of the channel.

Really? What channel would better suit a game show such as this? This is the one game show I like. You possibly do not care for other shows I enjoy. Two that come to mind are, "Myth Busters" and "Dirty Jobs".

The only advice I would give is to have some fun and be less upset by TV programing.

CC is an excellent show, and my wife and I never miss it. We watch while fixing and eating dinner.

I love that it's such an odd concept!

Personally if they had a whole day of cash cab I would love to watch it its interesting and a cool show.

Those who think this show is garbage probably needs to realize this is the only "on-the-road" game show here. It's a great way to entertain your brain while you head to your destination.

And, I'm surprised that some of the harder questions actually turn out to be easy (For example on Cash Cab After Dark they even asked a $100 or $200 question about Card Sharks).

I cannot believe I read all of those postings, Some of them are completely nonsensical and illogical.

First of all-- This show should not be on Discovery Channel. Discovery Channel is a refined network for the inteligent people, of which the viewers of this show are not. This show should be promptly removed off of Discovery Channel and put on a Channel more to its mannerism for instance...

You Cash Cab haters-- you obvoiusly have other channels you could watch since you have cable/satelite. Channel 7,492 (The Pointless Whiner Channel) may be just right for you.

And for you stuck up snobs-- "This is our Channel" NO--- its not. The channel belongs to the people who decide what shows go on it, you know the owners and since they re-newed the show, I guess they have spoken without posting on this forum.

By the way-- I have been watching Discovery for years and enjoy several other shows on Discovery. My favorite channels are Discovery and History.

Now. leaves me alone I gots to go put air in the tires on my house. Me toilet is leaning while I sit hear and tipe. I just hates when the poo hits the side of the bowl. Me sister dont like to clean that up when she do her wifely duties.

Isn't it amazing that all the people that don't like Cash Cab know so many details about it??? So obviously they have watched it more than just a few times...so they really can't dislike it THAT much!!!! You go BEN!!!! I hope you win (and deservedly so) an Emmy this year!!!

Just adding my voice to the "WE LOVE THE SHOW" contingent! This is actually one of our family's very favorite shows. We love Ben's great sense of humor, and how he relates to the people in the cab.

I really want to thank Discovery for carrying the show. We could watch it all day long and NEVER get tired of it!
