This is a cheaper and more natural way of delaying global warming. Just as when that small volcano went off and shot up a cloud of dust into the atmosphere that cooled the earth for the seven years it lasted; we could find a mild sized volcano and through the use of bombs set off an explosion that would cause the plates to move and set off the volcano. The cloud of dust and ash would rise into the atmosphere blocking out a great deal of the suns rays cooling the earth and allowing everything to start to repair itself. The bigger the eruption the bigger the cloud and the longer it would stay in the atmosphere allowing the earth to cool itself. Fight nature with nature!

One of the symptoms that we see, for global climate change, is that we are seeing more overcast during early spring and early summer in the polar regions. This indicates that there are more water being evaporated, resulting in a cooler spring and/or summer. We will see overcast for quite a few years, until the water level on the lakes diminish enough to give no evaporation, and then we'll see the real warming of the air.

If we keep on depleting this layer of crude oil, we will be experiencing more wobble on the earth, and overcast until the layer of the crust is warmer, due to no insulation.
