For eye lift surgery, I havent been able to get a quote for less than 5800 to do the upper and lower eyelids! Is this normal? I thought you could get a Breast Augumentation for that much money.. I live in Los Angeles, CA and cant seem to find anyone. If anyone can refer me to someone great I'd really appreciate it!
