I have (PRS) known as Perry Romberg Syndrome or Hemi Facial Aptrophy.I started with PRS at the age of 8 years old. I was Diagnoses with PRS at the age of 23. I am 27 years old now and I have been undergoing Reconstructive plast surgery for the past 2 years. I had microvasculer Free Flap surgery in 2003 and I have been undergoing touch ups with liposuction, face lift and lip ogmentation operations, these operations are being done to take away the excess amount of fat that has been transplanted in my face and to add fullness to those areas that I have lost fat in. I would love more info on the people who have PRS and what types of surgery they have had to correct there disfigurment. I would also love to see video's on the surgerys on the before and after. I would also love to see video's on the operations that I have had done, like the Free Flap operation. I am member of a support group for PRS but they do not have any video takes of the operations they have had done, if any. IF there is anyone out there who know's of a TV show who has done these types of surgery or who has opperated on people who have PRS please let me know on where I can order or view those video's
Firehots, my daughter was diagnosed with prs when she was 4 she is now 9 and we are looking into plastic surgery for her. she has it on her forehead and a little on her nose. I'm also lookin for people who have this prs and who had successfull surgery.
