It's not always that the more expensive surgeons are the ones doing the best jobs.
When you do some research about other options, try to gather some recommondation, background info etc..

I've heard of surgeons in Thailand and other countries which are far cheaper and many are happy with the quality.

The price she paid for the necklift this time was $500.00 and she's happy with the result.
