In Episode 6: First Strike, you [Mack] showed us the NLOS missle system. They should combine that with the technology used to land the Mars rover.
Image a high altitude drop from a C-130 or whatever dropping that missle system behind enemy lines, it could land, deflate the balloons, right itself the correct way, and be ready to launch.
