Hi, My name is Gideon and I am from Bangalore, India The beef we get here is not grown for the table like the western countries,they are basic farm animals that slaughtered after their time is up...lol as a result the beef straight from the butchers shop is pretty tough as you can imagine...what I would like to know is how do I tenderise the meat. I would be grateful if anyone can give me suggestions ...I have tried to freeze and thaw the meat several times but havent got the desired results ... Thanks
