I was in Seattle a year ago and stumbled upon a restaurant there named Etta's. They use a rub for their salmon, fish and steaks that is just delicious. They are called "Rub with Love" and come in several flavors for salmon, seafood, and steak. I believe there is a poultry one also. Check them out at www.tomdouglas.com. I like to mix and match them and try them on different meats.
