I saw Curtis bake a pineapple on Fridays show and am unable to find the reciepe anywhere on the site. As we in Central NY prepare for one to two feet of snow I splurged on a pineapple, came home and have now wasted two hours looking for what I assumed would be a simple to find recipe. I then had to join TLC and am now writing to ask for help. So maybe someone out there saw the same episode and could help me. I have found a similar recipe on Epicurious, Cooks and Martha.com in minutes but I had liked how Curtis did his dessert.
