I caught the show Friday (April 13th) and the dessert looked great- a baked pineapple. Today, as we in central NY prepare for a foot or two (!) of snow I bought a pineapple, then hopped on here to grab the recipe. It is now almost two hrs later, I no longer want the pineapple or recipe but I have had to sign up for the TLC page, come here to the message boards, post a note and ask for help. I'm sure I'm blind but I can not find the recipe anywhere- Thank you for anyones help- I did find similar recipes on Gormet and Martha.com quickly but liked Curtis's preparation-
