i make chocalate meringue pies from scratch. but everytime, my meringue dissolves. 1 pie( 3 egg whites, vanilla,dash of cream of tartar. and sugar)i spread my meringue and bake for 10 min. untill brown. but overnite, my meringue seems to reconstitute to liquid. whats up???
