Is there away to make buttermilk from scratch if you don't have any, or a subsitute for it. And can you use mustard seeds ground up to replace dried mustard if you don't have any on hand?

I made the fried chicken tonight and it was just wonderful. I used buttermilk but instead of the dried mustard, I used about a teaspoon or regular yellow mustard in the egg mixture and it worked just fine.

Sweet French Fried Chicken oooohlala! bon jour

I have the best milk-made recipe. You take a bunch of milk and pour it into a bowl. You take an egg and mix it into the milk and add some hot butter. You can also add some condensed milk. You start whisking away and add some flour to thicken the mix. If you want you can then add a tiny bit of syrup and French people love blueberry and orange duck so you can sweeten up some chicken viola with some pancake syrup! you have a thick coat of sweet yummy coating. You may have to play around with the milk and flour but be conservative so when you do start playing you have no messy stuff.

You turn up the heat and use some corn oil since this type of oil is great for frying. Get the oil hot and take off the burner kinda like in the deep fried chicken show with the greens etc.

I also know that everyone loves to eat fried foods, so why not sweeten the deal and get some sweet onions and dip those into the batter and oil.

Last you can make some lovely salad since the French do love their salads last and boys and girls you can now have a lovely sweetened dressing to pour onto the bottom of the bowl and make your salad with endives, sweet carrots, and other veggies that are sweet.

And tada we have sweet French Fried Chicken, sweet onions in a batter, and a fresh salad. Oh and drink milk it is better for your body.

Thanks
