I'm really bummed that such a disreputable company could be highlighted on such a reputable, educational network! I was recently a customer of 702 Motoring on Decatur Blvd., I came here to put a simple radio in my older model car. No CD player, no amp or speakers, JUST A RADIO. I paid over $400, they took twice as long as they said it would take, fine, but then when I got the car back the work they'd done CAUSED DAMAGE TO MY VEHICLE, shorting out the dash computer and causing it to reset approx every 10 seconds. They told me they didn't see the condition.. even though I know my vehicle and have owned it for several years, either way that's not normal nor acceptable for ANY vehicle! NOW to add insult to injury, THEY'RE TRYING TO CHARGE ME FOR THE DAMAGE THEY DID TO MY VEHICLE, for the condition that they don't seem to realize is even there. They would have avoided the whole scenario, better business bureau complaint, civil suit, these posts etc had they just refunded my money, and I would have dealt with the FOUR days they've had my car and my personal time wasted.
CAUTION, FRAUD!!! I urge people with a buyer beware, at the very least send your boyfriend in for you so they might be less apt to try to take advantage

I first of all would like to apologize for the way you were treated...Did you ever think to ask for the manager or owner? Sorry I am being cynical, but as the President of 702 Motoring and the fact that I have never heard of your situation (however, we did just fire our younger manager on the floor) If there is a problem, let me know. I promise I will remedy it! We have been in business for 11 years, not by chance and definatly not by taking advantage of ANYONE regardless of sex age color or anything! We just moved to 5351 S decatur blvd. 3 blocks south...I invite you to come and meet me personally and I will show you why 702 Motoring IS THE BEST in Nevada, if not the WORLD! at car customization! We just did a mercedes for a gentleman in HONG KONG! how do you think we are known world wide? stop by...
