I've been doing a research paper on this guy, and I can't find anything on him except his role in the fall of the Aztecs, and even still, that's just speculation.

I need to know about his level of education, major achievements, and early influences. And this board seemed to be the most appropriate for this request. Can somebody offer me some help?

And before anyone mentions it: Google, Live, Yahoo, Ask, Wikipedia - efforts prove to be fruitless. The only thing I know about this guy besides his involvement with cortes is he was trained as a priest. No one is even sure of his death or birth!
