To anyone who know's my Dad. His back is very bad and now he rehernaited a disk in it and has asked me to let anyone he know's that he'll be laid up for 4 or 5 days. I was with him when it happened. It happens for no reason now and then. Hope he is up and going soon.

Hi everybody, Just checking to see if there is anything going on. Nice to see the kind words. Much appreciated. I'm still having back pain and it's a bit difficult to breath but I couldn't resist a peak at the boards. Called Daniel in to take a look and he's smiling from ear to ear. Won't be 100% for a while. Ever for that matter but you know what I mean. As good as it gets for a few more days but at least I can walk better now but can't sit in this seat for more than 5 minutes. Then back to the recliner. I hope I'm feeling up to chatting by tomorrow. Friday at the latest. Recliners calling. Ciao for now...
