Vinnie came here and said he quit because he was unhappy. In fact, an article in their local paper said that he parted on good terms with OCC and the Teutuls. No mention of lack of respect or royalties was ever mentioned. There still has been no word of why Cody quit. All we know is that Cody and Vinnie are opening shop together.

I hate to see Vinnie go. though I never personally met him he appeared to be a great guy. One thing is certain Paul Jr will have to do some work!

I have not kept close watch on the show lately so I was very suprised to see Vinnie quit. I know he is replaceable as Sr. pointed out, but he was a big part of the show and shop. Just wonder if they have enought work coming in outside of the show bikes to keep the new big shop they are building open? Good luck to Vinnie were ever you are. Iron

I cant put into words how unwatchable this show has just become. Anyone who continues to watch this $ grubbing band of idiots from here on out must have serious issues. Vinnie was one of the true decent people left in that company, the rest just have $ signs in their eyes. Mikey was right when he kept saying he wished he was leaving too, I would love to have seen Sr and Jrs faces when they see their own son/brother dumping on their joke of a chopper business at this point. Absolutely unwatchable, I cant even count in my mind how many viewers they probobly just lost for good. Their bikes are a joke and now the show is too.....

I just saw the episode where "Vinnie" left. I always wondered what took him so long. I don't believe that Sr. ever gave him the respect he deserved. Granted, Sr. will take care of his sons, but Vinnie helped build that business right along with them.... and I bet he wasn't compensated for it. I saw Mikey's house and wondered if Vinnie's was just as nice. Sr. did him WRONG!!!! It's as simple as that.
My guess is that Sr. built this huge shop... and will no doubt hire all kinds of builders. But Vinnie will still have his measly old fabricating job with no promotion or raise. I also felt that Vinnie should have been right up there with the "Tootles" during the enveiling of the bikes.
I had stopped watching the program because the bickering between father and son had gotten old. If you see one episode... youve seen them all. Also, I've watched other bike builder shows where they truely build works of art. Americn Chopper bikes are too gaudy for me..... sort of like wearing too much costume jewelry. As for the show, I enjoyed the relationships between Vinny and the shop employees... and watching him bring some sanity and work ethic to the place.
I hope Vinny gets his own show that shows more of his interaction with vendors, his co-workers, and his family. The Teutles at TOO disfunctional. And there's nothing worst than seeing an old has-been tough-guy, who thinks hes still tough. so sad. I hope Cody was watching closely..... he's looking at his future.

What happened, how foolish to have let Vinnie resign. Furthermore, I can't believe Mikey didn't put up a fight! Well all I have to say is that I am done watching the show. If Paul Sr. doesn't straighten Paul Jr. out soon, they are going to be the only two building bikes...

I wonder what the real reason for Vinny's resigning from OCC was. I agree that the show has lost it's edge and has settled into a hodge podge of complacentcy. Too bad I have really enjoyed the show over the years. Mikey is about the only thing the show has left and he just lost his straight man. Time to pull the plug TLC. What a shame.

Just saw where Vinnie has left the show - not good. Vinnie was the reason I watched. Sr. & Jr both, have forgoten what brought them to where they are now. Every good shop knows the value of the right hand man. Vinnie was their right hand man. For Sr. to comment that everyone is replacble is typical. It seems that every sucksessful bussiness makes it on the backs of hard working guys like Vinnie. I will no longer watch this show to see how they will spend their money!

Every one of the negative comments left here are being left by people who have just signed on to this forum. Makes you wonder why they would take the time to register just so they can come on here and dump on the guys from OCC.

occparts, negative how? Because people are upset that Vinnie and Cody left? That Vinnie said he was unhappy? That the show now stinks? That the Tuetel family acts like all this money and fame make them somehow special? And it isn't people who just registered. The fallout out is all coming out against the Tuetel family. That speaks volumes don't you think?

Actually, it speaks volumes that long time viewers would register to voice their discontent. I'm a long time viewer, and I don't like the show anymore either. Not because of last night's episode specifically, but because it has gotten predicatable, stale, and boring to watch. I'm not surprised in the least that Senior would make the comment that everyone is replaceable. No matter what editing was done, he still said those words. It was a callous remark. It is true though. Anyone can be replaced - even OCC and the Teutuls.

I started watching the show when it first started but in the last year hit and miss with it. Really Jr. is not needed any more from whats been on in the last year. Jason designs the theme bikes now on the computer and Vinnie & Rick build them. Rick has seemed to be the one I thought would quit because he doesn't seem happy. I have never thought Vinnie was treated with much respect. I hate watching Jason design the bike, Vinnie and Rick build the bike the Sr. Jr. and Mikey unveil the bike. most of the time without Vin and Rick. TLC needs to give Vinnie his own show where we can watch bikes be built again. After all TLC gave Kat a show though it not as good as the original to much focus on the personal and not enough on the art.

I cannot believe that OCC would let Vinie slip out of there hands... Vinnie was one of the only builders, Him and Rick and how long before he leaves??? Jr hasn't built or help build a bike in about a year. He has become another Mikey, (Daddy take care of me..) and SR saying "EVERYONE IS REPLACEABLE." WTFE good luck replacing Vinnie the SOUL of the shop is GONE!!!! I am in the Military and use to have my wife record and sen me the episode when deployed... You lost a Loyal FAN and I will HELP spread the word to BOO OCC as Far as I can. The Tuetels should have done whatever it took to keep Vinnie... Good luck having anyone come out that new Builing to watch Rick build the bikes Jason Designed. TLC should pull the plug now so there ratings don't rock bottom as well. Vinnie I hope everything is good with you and your family, everyone here is 100% behind you. Chief

After watching the show I must say that I'm very sad to see Vinny leave and sad to see it end the way it did. Vince was given no respect with that episode. He was there from the beginning and he got a 10 min. salute with both the Paul's saying that everyone can be replaced. I felt the show should have dedicated a full hour to him and his time with OCC. Instead we get Paul and Pauly going on about there NEW WORLD headquarters builnding. The only person that showed respect was Mikey, so I guess I won't burn my MIKEY RULES t after all. OCC has lost me as a customer because of the way it handled to show and Vince. As of today it's off my Tivo and hopefully soon I'll have a custom bike from whatever name the company is Vince starts up. I would be nice if he could get Rick over as well.
