I was outraged to see a show on Animal Planet that could further harm wolves especially considering there recent delisting. Having worked w/ wolves and currently working in conservation and resource management there has NEVER been a documented case of a NON- rabid wolf attacking a person in the US. Most people cannot tell the difference between a wolf and wolf hybrid or for that matter a coyote! When people in our parks state they saw a cougar 99 out of 100 times it was a bobcat.
Does animal planet have a show every time a dog attacks a person? Maybe they should because dog attacks are much more common yet we do not try to exterminate the entire species. The western US has never been healthier thanks to wolves and your show is helping the ranchers justify the extermination of them! VERY IRRERSPONSIBLE!
