I am so tired of seeing the TW crew copy things that Mythbuster's have already explored! Diet coke and mentos, car crashes, walking on water (Cornstarch and water) and then on tonight's show...the same exact martial artist that was on MB not too long ago doing the same thing!! I am also tired of seeing the TW crew bring in women to do some of the stunts, this is obviously just for more ratings. The women paintball team that they brought in to help was just dumb. Especially when they had one of them drop her pants, wrapped in plastic and then be shot. Being a paintballer myself, this proved nothing except that the hosts wanted to see some action with women they have never seen before. You TW crew aren't being creative at all, just doing dumb stuff and calling it science. I don't need to know how force is transfered when someone licks a mousetrap. CANCEL THE SHOW OR ACTUALLY COME UP WITH SOMETHING NEW AND CREATIVE!!!
firstjon3.23, your're right about the pointless parading of women's bodies on the show. This was illustrated clearly by the shower scenes. The women showering showed NOTHING except that water beads when it falls.

Sex sells, especially to under-educated audiences with short attention spans (i.e., the vast majority of Americans). How does science programming compete with sex? By turning sexy.
I agree with the OP. This show is EXACTLY like the Mythbusters.
Except they don't deal with myths. And they don't test them. And they don't bust them. And they have very different characters. And the Mythbusters only use high-speed on occasion when it's relevant to what they're doing, whereas Time Warp uses it on non-sequitur stuff.
But other than that, they're exactly alike, because they both involve some sort of high-speed photography. In fact, these shows are exactly like The Matrix.
