Danny, you do not need to make your constant hand and arm movements everytime you talk. You look like your trying to be some cool rapper or something. We don't need all that nervous twitchy arm swinging. Try just simply pointing or maybe even keeping your hands in your pocket sometime. I think your constant wild arm hand movements reflect some sort of nervousness. You're not a rap star or an orchestra conductor so stop all the goofy arm and hand swinging.

And if you are so afraid of the places this job puts you, stay in your truck and let someone else go in. Like when the guy told you his 7 year old daughter didn't scream as much as you did when going into the cutter head of the tunnel boring machine. We want the show to emphasize the projects not your distracting squeels and crying. We know how scared you are, we don't need you to show us more. Thats not what we are watching for. You make what would be a great show, suck to watch!!
